Once my initial slots are released I may choose to release Premium Slots which will be at an extra cost of £15. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PAY THIS FEE. Please do not ask me to reserve slots in advance as this will not be possible.
ALL APPOINTMENTS BEFORE 9AM & 7PM ONWARDS ARE NOW AN EXTRA FEE OF £15. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS TIME IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PAY THIS FEE.
All appointments require a £30 non-refundable deposit or the full payment may be made at time of booking. If not, then the remaining balance is to be paid complete by cash.
If you choose to reschedule or cancel a 3 day notice is needed and you will NOT be receiving the deposit back. FAILURE TO DO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BANNED FROM BOOKING CARD BEING CHARGED 50% OF THE APPOINTMENT TOTAL MINUS THE DEPOSIT.
As I am home based I do NOT accept any plus ones. If you do decide to bring one they will be kindly turned away at the door.
A late fee of £10 will be charged if you are 10 or more minutes late. If you are more than 20 minutes late you’re appointment WILL be cancelled and you will have to reschedule another appointment and will have to pay the deposit fee again.
All hair that requires prepping must be given 7 days prior to your appointment otherwise a £15 fee will be charged as it is classified as an emergency appointment any later than 3 days I will unfortunately have to charge an extra fee of £20 and any later that 5 days £25 or your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled all together. Please bare in mind that these fees apply if I am still able to continue with the appointment and do not still guarantee your appointment will still be going ahead due to my schedule usually being so tight.
Please make sure when purchasing your frontal/closure you make sure they meet the following requirements:
- 120-150% density (this does not apply to premade units)
- Pre plucked hairline
- The lace is not darker than your skin tone or have a green tint to it (if you’re lighter skinned then you MUST get a transparent lace)
- A thin lace to give better results
- If your hair has been dyed there should be no dye on the lace as this will affect the melt.
If your frontal does not meet these requirements I will have to cancel your appointment and you will NOT be receiving your deposit back
If you do purchase ‘Body Wave’ hair and you intend to still have it worn curled please choose the ‘Curling’ add on and if you intend to have it worn straight please choose the ‘Straightening from Body Wave’ add on.
If you are doing a bob style then you have to ensure your closure/frontal is a minimum of two inches longer than your bundles. For example a 16 inch frontal with 14 inch bundles.
All prices are for a standard of 2/3 bundles and a frontal or closure. All extra bundles require a fee of £10 each which can be added as an add on to the appointment when booking.
If you do book for a ‘Frontal Ponytail’ please ensure you arrive with your hair without grease and properly straightened to avoid an extra fee or cancellation depending on my schedule.
I do work with low hairlines. However please ensure you purchase a 13x6 frontal as reconstruction to the hairline may need to be made.
If you also wish to have your hair cornrowed please make sure it is properly washed and fully blow-dried prior to the appointment. Failure to come with clean hair & dry hair will result in an automatic cancellation of the appointment.
I also do not do any revamping or installation for wigs that are not made by myself. The only service I can offer is a closure or frontal replacement
